Perspiratin Test:
Artificial sweat test

The test is carried out in a closed pyrex glass vessel (Dessicator) or equivalent vessel which can be subjected to 40oC. This test is an easy and cost effective method to study the effect of artificial lab prepared sweat on the coatings. The test allows the quality assurance based on the criteria of rejection and scope of improvement in the process.

Porosity test:
Coating Porosity test
The test is carried out in a closed pyrex glass vessel (Dessicator) lined with thick white blotting paper which dips into the liquid. This test is
an easy and cost effective way to detect the porosity in the coating structure. It gives good approximation of the coatings for resistance to corrosion and pitting. The test allows the quality assurance based on the criteria of rejection and scope of improvement in the process.
